💍 Return & Refund Policy

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • EU/UK Customers: In accordance with the 14-day "Cooling Off" period, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

2. Mandatory Return Process

To ensure your return is processed, you must follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Claim: Email support@ramixor.com with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the item.

  2. Authorization: Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address for our Florida Headquarters.

  3. Inspection: All items must be sent to Florida for physical inspection. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your ring arrives damaged or incorrect, Ramixor will assume all shipping costs to our Florida office and provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Sizing & Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to choosing the wrong size or a change of heart:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing and inspection labor.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on personalized/engraved jewelry, final sale items, or gift cards.

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected at our Florida HQ and approved, we will coordinate with our processing partner, Teemdrop, to issue your refund.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow your bank additional time to post the transaction to your account.
